CAPE ELIZABETH — Freeport scored four runs in the top of the seventh to rally for a 6-5 baseball win over Cape Elizabeth on Tuesday.
Elias Thomas had an RBI double in the inning for the Falcons (4-0).
Anthony Panciocco powered the attack for Freeport with three hits, Blaine Cockburn added a pair of doubles and David Lamb added a pair of hits.
Colin Smith opened the scoring for Cape Elizabeth (1-1) with a solo homer.
GREELY 2, YARMOUTH 0: Brady Nolin took a no-hitter into the sixth inning for the Rangers (2-1), but settled for a shutout over the Clippers (2-1) at Cumberland.
Nolin gave up two hits and struck out nine with no walks.
MARSHWOOD 15, BERWICK ACADEMY 0: DJ Cagnina and Reed Smaracko each had a pair of hits to lead the Hawks (2-2) as they scored 10 runs in the bottom of the third and cruised past the Bulldogs (1-2) at South Berwick.
Smaracko picked up the win, going the first three shutout innings, allowing a single hit, fanning four and walking one.
THORNTON ACADEMY 11, WINDHAM 1: The Golden Trojans (2-0) jumped to a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the first, paced by an RBI double from John Rohner and a run-scoring single by Christian Schaffer as they easily handled the Eagles (0-2) at Saco.
Brady Graffam had a pair of doubles for Thornton Academy, and Rohner, Cody Bowker and Jeremiah Chessie each had two hits.
FALMOUTH 4, BIDDEFORD 3: Brennan Rumpf drove in a run on a fielder’s choice to give the Yachtsmen (3-0) a two-run lead in the second and they added a pair in the third and held off the Tigers (2-1) at Biddeford.
Bennett Smith went the distance for the victory, allowing three runs on seven hits, striking out four and walking one.
Biddeford scored three runs in the bottom of the fourth, paced by a Will Harriman two-run double.
GORHAM 6, BONNY EAGLE 1: The Rams (2-0) jumped to a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the first on RBI singles from Colin McDonald, Cody Sellick and CJ Whitehead as they defeated the Scots (0-2) at Gorham.
McDonald picked up the win, going the first six innings. He allowed an earned run on four hits, striking out eight and walking four.
SOUTH PORTLAND 4, CHEVERUS 0: Nolan Hobbs struck out nine, allowing only three hits as the Red Riots (2-0) beat the Stags (1-2) at South Portland.
Bradley McMains scored on a wild pitch to give South Portland a first-inning lead, with the Riots adding three more runs in the fifth.
Nick Giancotti took the loss for Cheverus, striking out five in five innings.
WELLS 11, KENNEBUNK 3: Brayden Fazzina had two hits and drove in four runs as the Warriors (2-1) capitalized on 10 errors by the Rams (1-1) in a win at Kennebunk.
Zach Carpenter had three hits and picked up the win for Wells, giving up three runs on four hits in four innings.
George Lazos and Oliver Leonard each had two hits for Kennebunk.
LAKE REGION 5, POLAND 3: The Lakers (2-1) spread their scoring out to defeat the Knights (1-2) at Lake Region.
After a 1-1 first inning, Lake Region added runs in the third and fourth to take a 4-1 lead, followed by another run in the sixth before Poland added two.
Hunter Tremblay had three hits and drove in a run for Lake Region.
Poland’s Mitchell Bean took the loss, but drove in two runs in the seventh on a double.
SCARBOROUGH 10, PORTLAND 1: Joe Townsend threw a six-hitter and drove in two to lead the Red Storm (1-0) over the Bulldogs (0-3) at Scarborough.
Townsend struck out six and walking two.
Ben Seguin was 2 for 2, driving in a pair of runs for Scarborough and Peter O’Brien added two hits, scoring three times.
MASSABESIC 10, TRAIP ACADEMY 9: The Mustangs (1-1) scored the winning in the bottom of the seventh on a throwing error by the Rangers (0-3) at Waterboro.
Massabesic was leading the second game of the doubleheader 11-1 after three innings when it was called due to darkness.

CAMDEN HILLS 12, CONY 7: Isaac Belofs had four goals and had an assist for the Rams in a loss to the Windjammers in Augusta.
Casey Mills had two goals, and Nic Geneseo added a goal for Cony (0-2). Elijah Beland had 10 saves.
Jacob Johnson led Camden Hills (2-0) with five goals, and Levi Guay had two goals and two assists.
FRYEBURG ACADEMY 7, ST. DOMINIC 6: Will Galligan scored the winner with 8 seconds to play in regulation as the Raiders (1-5) topped the Saints (0-1) at Lewiston.
Galligan led Fryeburg Academy with five goals, and Owen Galligan and Myles Garland tossed in a goal apiece.
Patrick Harris had 15 saves for the Raiders.
