OLD ORCHARD BEACH —The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from July 8 to July 14, 2019:

• Biana Beaumont, 23, of Saint-Charles-Borromee, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Annemarie Tremblay, 21, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Deborah Gilpatrick, 55, of West Newfield, Maine was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Noah Nagem, 21, of Falmouth, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Brian Fuller, 42, of Troy, New York was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Denise Hutchinson, 56, of Old Orchard Beach was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle.

• Tyler Mitza, 20, of Laconia, New Hampshire was issued a summons for possessing liquor as a minor.

• Scott Barker, 59, of Old Orchard Beach was arrested on a warrant.

• Joseph Leachman, 42, of Eagle, Idaho was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing.

• Siobhan Morris, 20, of Exeter, New Hampshire was issued a summons for minor having false identification.

• Courtney Wedge, 30, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle after suspension with prior suspension for operating under the influence.

• Abdiqani Hunle, 20, of Portland, was arrested and charged with minor consuming liquor, failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth; violating bail conditions of release, and refusing to sign.

• Michael Mills, 36, of Saco, was arrested and charged with violating protection from abuse order.

•Aaron Fortin, 30, of Lyman, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Erica Haley, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested on two warrants.

•Sierra Koloski, 18, of Derby, Vermont was issued a summons for minor consuming alcohol.

• Eric Riendeau, 21, of Westmore, Vermont was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Lorne Basile, 52, of Portland, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Allie Diffin, 54, of Biddeford, was issued a summons and charged with theft of services.

•Crystal Boynton, 24, of Northport, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Kelly Partridge, 35, of Cornith, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Susan Gonyea, 54, of Clinton, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Michael Shnidman, 48, of Kingston, New Hampshire was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• James Graham, 35, of Lowell, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Maureen Prestia, 25, of Hudson, New Hampshire was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Tahj Fulgham, 21, of Lewiston, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle expired for 150 or more days.

•Sebastian Ramirez-Etienne, Scituate, Massachusetts was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.

• Jonathan Oskar, 40, of Woburn, Massachusetts was issued a summons for violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.

• Devin Jackson, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for consuming marijuana in a public place.

• Corey McKenna, 19, of Attleboro, Massachusetts was issued a summons for unlawful use of license and violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.

• Kristin Waddell, 34, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for drinking in public and violating conditions of release.

• Nicholas Higgins, 34, of Concord, New Hampshire was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Samatar Sougeh, 25, of Portland, was issued a summons for consuming marijuana in a public place.

• Kelsea Jewett, 27, of Saco, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

• Mark Libby, 39, of Buxton, was issued a summons for indecent conduct.

• Ryan Petit, 32, of Scarborough was issued a summons for indecent conduct.

• Thor Ellis, 25, of Gardner, Maine was arrested for violation of probation.

• Ludovic Richer, 19, of Montreal, Quebec, Canada issued a summons for marijuana possession by a person under 21.

• John Schena, 68, of Revere, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Derek Poquette, 46, of Burlington, Vermont was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Andrea Annis, 29, of Rockport was issued a summons for drinking in public.

•Allison Gage, 20, of Reading, Massachusetts was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.

• Grace Briggs, 20, of Rumford, was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.

• Julie Beausoleil, of Southbridge, Massachusetts was issued a summons for violation of parking ordinance.

• Gilbert Monnat, 54, of Croghan, New York was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Christopher Cote, 52, of Saco, was issued a summons violating ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.

• Ryan Boles, 24, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Robert Hale, 27, of Auburn, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
