SANFORD – The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police from June 24 to July 7.

• Annabelle Cappello, 23, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.

• Amanda Jean Franco, 34, Sanford, was arrested on two warrants on High Street.

• Raymond Peter Grover, 33, Freeport, was arrested on a warrant at the intersection of Horace Mills Road and Nottingham Drive following a vehicle crash.

• Nancy Mae Peris, 54, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Bodwell Street.

• Ronald Seth Johnson, 44, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on Lebanon Court.

• Shanda M. Murphy, 25, Sanford, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft on Main Street.

• Julie Ann Raymond, 53, Sanford, was arrested and charged with obstructing government administration, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief on Montreal Street.

• Nathan D. Fenderson, 44, Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a vehicle crash on Bauneg Beg Road.

• Katelin Kimball, 18, Cornish, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Jackson Street.

• Nicholas A. Hansen, 34, Springvale, was issued a summons charging operating after suspension on Main Street.

• Andrew A. David, 31, Acton, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft on Main Street.

• Joshua Edward Asselin, 36, Springvale, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Main Street.

• Jesse James Flanagan, 27, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on North Avenue.

• Terri L. Wooster, 52, Kennebunk, was issued a summons charging operation of a vehicle after license suspension on Main Street.

• Anthony John Coleman, 33, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence terrorizing on Lebanon Street.

• Austin Lee Sanderson, 21, Springvale, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on Harry Howes Road.

• Brian Edward Plante, 56, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on St. Ignatius Street.

• Stephanie M. Barbour, 29, Waterboro, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Alfred Road.

• Richard J. Tate, 44, Springvale, was issued a summons charging operation after license suspension following a vehicle crash on Main Street.
