BOOTHBAY — Molly Whelan, Meredith Feller and Margaret Perrotta had three goals apiece to power Freeport to a 19-9 victory over Boothbay on Monday in girls high school lacrosse action.
Whelan dished out two assists, with Paige Rinaldi, Savannah Tracy and Allison Greuel pitching in two goals each. Picking up one goal each were Maggie Ryan, Hannah Groves, Grace Zachau and Helen Hope. Groves and Riley Simon added an assist.
Boothbay’s Chloe Arsenault led the Seahawks with four goals.
Piper Sherbert turned away 11 shots in the Freeport cage.
The Falcons are 4-1 and host North Yarmouth Academy today at 4:30 p.m.
