BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from April 8 to April 14:
• Sherry L. Kendrix, 39, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle after a habitual offender revocation, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and failing to give the correct name, address, or date of birth.
• Lisa Bradford, 53, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Rebecca S. Sawyer, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for misuse of the electronic 9-1-1 system.
• Dennis J. Healy, 54, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unlawful sexual touching.
• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespass.
• Roger G. Daigle, 56, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal threatening and disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures).
• Tracey E. Hardman, 48, of Portland, Connecticut, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Glenn D. Dupuis, 46, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Maurice E. Santamore, 63, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.
• Roger G. Daigle, 56, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for harassment.
• Erica Nompleggi, 30, of Kennebunkport, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (alcohol).
• Patrick F. Brennan, 63, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Carmen F. Pecoraro, 35, of Saco, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Nicholas E. Reid, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• David N. Santamore, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked and for failing to give the correct name, address, or date of birth.
• Michael D. Bissonnette, 54, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for public urination or defecation.
• Corey A. Emery, 27, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Ryan S. Palardy, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and violating a condition of release.
• Jonathan B. Dowd, 27, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release.
• Gregory J. Dwelley, 72, of Hollis Center, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.
• Robert S. Grant, 30, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for motor vehicle speeding (over 30 miles per hour over the speed limit).
• Ian C. Paul, 22, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
