BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick/Mt. Ararat girls high school volleyball team dropped a 3-0 match to Falmouth on Thursday.
The Yachtsmen won by set scores of 25-8, 25-10, 25-9.
Brunswick/Mt. Ararat (4-9) was led by Kassidy Dixon with three kills and five digs, Kathleen Trapp with three kills and seven digs, and Lauren Whitlock with one ace and seven assists.
The Dragons close the regular season at home on Tuesday against Deering at 6 p.m.
Boys soccer
BATH — Casey Bourque scored twice and added an assist as Gardiner rolled to a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference win over Morse at McMann Field.
Jackson Tweedy had a goal and two assists for the Tigers (8-3-1), while Jake Tobias and Cam Kokernak added scores. Timmy Doyle made six saves in net for Gardiner.
Maxon Brochu scored the only goal for the Shipbuilders (3-7-3), while Miles Bobbe made two saves.
Morse is slated to visit Oceanside on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
