BINGHAM — Andrew Vachon scored a pair of goals to lead the Richmond High School boys soccer team to a 4-1 East-West Conference win over Valley on Wednesday
The Bobcats improved to 8-3-1 and host North Yarmouth Academy today at 4 p.m.
Cole Alexander and Nick Adams also scored for Richmond, while Kyle Underhill-Tilton made four saves.
Alvaro Martin scored for Valley (3-9), with netminder Spencer Hunnewell turning away 10 shots.
Girls soccer
MONMOUTH — Audrey Fletcher had a goal and two assists to lead Monmouth Academy to a 3-1 Mountain Valley Conference win over Hyde.
Tabbie Crawford added a goal and an assist for Monmouth (11-1), while Allison Burnham chipped in a goal for the Mustangs. Emma Johnson made seven saves in the win.
Ingrid Schroeter scored Hyde’s (4-9) lone goal.
The Wolfpack close the regular season on Friday at home against Mt. Abram (3:30 p.m.).

Valley 1
Caitlin Kendrick tallied five goals as the Bobcats (10-1-1) took the E-WC game in Bingham.
Nicole Tribbet scored twice, while Bry Shea and Laura Brown also had goals for Richmond, which hosts North Yarmouth Academy on Friday at 4 p.m. Kennedy Chandler had six saves.
Kendra Sweet scored for Valley (0-11), while Jada Ward made 22 saves.
