BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick American Legion will be conducting a POW/MIA Table of One celebration this morning at 11 a.m. on the downtown Mall. The legion will also be presenting the Blue Star Banners to three Marine families. National POW/MIA Recognition Day is recognized annually on the third Friday of September. According to the legion, Maine still has 12 service members listed as a prisoner of war or missing in action, with one Brunswick still list as MIA from the Korean War.
