In 2016 Caldecott Honor-winning illustrator and author Melissa Sweet collaborated with writer and editor Martha White on Some Writer!, an illustrated biography of author E.B. White, who is Martha’s grandfather. Courtesy of the White family, Sweet was able to use his letters, photos, and manuscripts as part of her signature collage art to tell the life story of one of America’s most beloved children’s authors.
