WARREN (AP) — Maine State Police are investigating the death of an infant in the town of Warren.
Investigators say parents of the 2-week-old girl reported that she was unresponsive Saturday morning.
The 26-year-old father and 21-year-old mother reported the death to the Knox County Sheriff’s Department.
Further details were not available.
It’s standard procedure for Maine State Police to investigate deaths of children under the age of 3.
