To help to keep Topsham a great place to live and raise a family.
What is the biggest challenge facing Topsham in the next three years and how should the town address it?
The biggest challenge is to keep the mill rate from raising so as not to make it harder for families.
In your opinion, what makes Topsham a good place to live and how would you work to improve that?
Topsham is a great place because we have people that care and work to keep it that way. I believe that having a twenty five year budget plan is the right thing to do. It will help keep our budget from spiking high and low; it will keep it more even from year to year.
