Community Credit Union has hired Kirstyn Birkbeck as a member representative.
Birkbeck has one year of experience working at another financial institution. She lives in Sabattus and attends Central Maine Community College.
Camden National Bank has hired Mark Stasium as senior vice president, commercial real estate lending officer in Portland.
Stasium, of Portland, was previously a senior loan officer in commercial lending at TD Bank.
Jennifer Morin also joined Camden National Bank as vice president, commercial banking officer.
Morin has 16 years of banking experience and a strong history of partnering with Maine’s businesses.
Morin was previously vice president, senior relationship manager for Bangor Savings Bank.
Cynthia Smith joined Portland Integritas Advisors LLC as a financial planner.
Smith brings three years of financial service experience at National Life and Morgan Stanley. She previously worked and consulted with the fishing industry and related regulatory agencies at the state and federal levels.
The First N.A. and its parent company, The First Bancorp, has hired Peter Nicholson as vice president, portfolio manager for First Advisors, operating as the investment management and trust division of the bank.
Nicholson most recently worked as a trust investment officer at Bar Harbor Trust Services in Ellsworth. He lives in Bar Harbor.
George Carr joined R. M. Davis as vice president of its firm headquartered in Portland
Carr brings five years of leadership experience in the field. He previously served as senior client adviser for Federal Street Advisors in Boston.
Anderson-Watkins Insurance in Westbrook has hired Kathy Joy as a commercial account customer service representative.
Joy previously worked at Averill Insurance Agency, Peerless Insurance and Commercial Union Insurance in several customer focused positions. She brings 27 years of insurance experience to the firm.
Dean Michaud joined Macpage LLC as a manager.
Michaud, of Scarborough, previously worked as a consultant, controller, corporate accounting manager, and an auditor in public accounting.
Allie Ordway of Freeport joined the firm as an audit associate.
Prior to joining the firm, Ordway worked at various retail outlets and at a large energy corporation in Maine.
Mishaela Albright also joined the firm as an audit associate.
Prior to joining the firm, Albright worked in the hospitality industry and also interned with Macpage. She lives in South Portland.
Abby Boissonneault joined Macpage as an audit associate.
She lives in Saco and previously worked as an office manager at a community club in Maine.
PROMOTIONS
Saco & Biddeford Savings recently promoted Matt Grenier to assistant branch manager of the Scarborough branch.
Grenier, of Saco, started at SBSI in 2008 as a full time teller in Old Orchard Beach. Most recently, he worked as a supervisor at its Biddeford branch.
Camden National Bank promoted Nancy Tracy to senior vice president, retail banking, for central and western Maine.
Tracy will oversee 19 branches from Greenville to Auburn. She joined Camden National Bank in July 2011 as vice president, retail regional manager, for the southern/central region. She has more than 21 years of experience in the banking industry.
Ashley Shawley, assistant vice president at KeyBank, was named manager of its Windham branch.
Previously, Shawley was manager of the Augusta branch in Maine. She joined KeyBank in 2012 as a relationship manager. She lives in Farmingdale. An active member of the community, she serves on the board of Maine Children’s Home for Little Wanderers.
Salem Advisory Group LLC of Wells announced two promotions.
Kevin Colley was promoted to president, chief compliance officer and portfolio manager. He joined the firm in June of 2009, and most recently served as vice president and portfolio manager.
Prior to joining Salem Advisory Group LLC, he was president and owner of Lighthouse Investments and Financial Services P.A. He lives in Wells.
Jennifer Arps was named the new executive vice president. She has over 23 years of management experience, 16 in the banking/lending and financial services industries. She joined the firm in 2012 as vice president. She previously managed banking offices of both Sovereign Bank and The Bank of Maine (formerly Rivergreen Bank).

Audette joined PFBF CPAs in 2011. She works closely with nonprofit organizations, small businesses and individuals. She lives in Winslow.
