WISCASSET — Mary Rafter, a licensed family nurse practitioner, has joined the staff at Wiscasset Family Medicine, according to a news release.

Prior to earning her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Southern Maine, Rafter studied social, cultural and medical anthropology at Connecticut College.

Before joining Wiscasset Family Medicine, Rafter worked for several years with Portland Public Health, Portland’s school-based health clinics and True North Health Center in Falmouth.
