PORTLAND — At its June meeting, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) board of directors elected the following officers:

President, Drew Sigfridson of Portland, CBRE/The Boulos Company; vice president, Anne Littlefield of Scarborough, Dead River Properties; vice president, Michael O’Reilly of Scarborough, Bangor Savings Bank; vice president, Paul Peck of North Yarmouth, Drummond & Drummond; treasurer, William Shanahan of Scarborough, Northern New England Housing Investment Fund; assistant treasurer, James Otis of Scarborough, Otis/Atwell; secretary/registered agent, Jaimie Schwartz of South Portland, Bernstein Shur, and assistant secretary, Shelly Clark of Portland, MEREDA.

Also, Dick Prentice of Yarmouth was elected to the board of directors of MEREDA.
