JEFFREY MORRIS, a certified professional photographer with Pierce Studio, 14 Pleasant St., Brunswick, won numerous print awards at the Maine Professional Photographers Association convention held in Portland in April. Morris’ photo of “A Scrap of History,” an image of an old railroad locomotive, was the highest scoring image by a certified professional photographer, earning him the Certified Professional Photographer Award. Morris also received six other print awards for family portraits, high school senior portraits, and several other images of local interest, including a Maine State Music Theatre portrait.
