PORTLAND — Jay Menario has joined Martin’s Point as the new chief marketing officer and will be responsible for leading strategic marketing efforts for the organization, which includes program and business plan implementation as well as policy development that helps support the long-term mission of Martin’s Point.

Menario will work to strengthen the Martin’s Point Health Care brand in all the communities in which it operates, from Maine to Pennsylvania.

Menario comes to Martin’s Point with more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits insurance industry and led strategic marketing efforts for several organizations including UNUM, CIGNA and The Hartford.

“Jay has produced a strong track record of supporting the growth of major lines of business and will be a welcome addition to Martin’s Point,” said Dr. David Howes, president and CEO of Martin’s Point.

Menario has a B.S. degree from the University of Southern Maine.
