Being open every single day of the year is unique, in fact the sign on the entrance door states “Open everyday, 400 days a year,” so people have a multitude of options if they want to reserve this place for a private party or special event or simply come here to shop or have a bite to eat in the small café area.
The farm sells its own organically grown produce, eggs and cut flowers. The store features gardeningrelated items, knitted things, fair trade imports from Guatemala and Vietnam, fine cheeses, excellent wines and beers, natural meats, ethnic cooking ingredients, a variety of groceries and homeopathic remedies. Located only four miles from Popham Beach, it’s a good place to stop on your way. There is a small art gallery and sprinkled throughout are collections of typical Maine artifacts, such as buoys, lobster traps, ropes, nets, shells and more. It is an excellent destination for a Sunday drive or a special lunch or gift shopping excursion.
