Frost, formerly of Frosty’s Donuts in Brunswick, brings to the company more than 36 years of professional donut making experience.
Frost’s parents started the original Frosty’s Donuts more than 46 years ago, so “if you count all the years as a kid I helped my dad make donuts, then I guess I actually have 46 years of experience,” Frost said in a news release. Frost was also the owner of Frosty’s in Bath for 27 years.
Benoit’s Bakery General Manager Greg Hird said, “The addition of John to our team has had an immediate positive impact. We’re blessed to have John and all of his experience on our team. Our donut business is already growing steadily and we’re excited about where things are headed, and also about being able to offer these amazing donuts to our customers.”
Benoit’s Bakery and Wine Cellar is located at 72 Lisbon Road.
