Eric W. Abdo, 29, of Syracuse, N.Y., Aug. 7, 2010, domestic violence assault, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; domestic violence criminal threatening, $500, jail five days.
Justin L. Baker, 20, of Woolwich, Oct. 8, 2009, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400, jail 364 days all suspended, probation one year; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Peter J. Bowles, 58, of Georgetown, Dec. 23, 2010, operating under the influence, dismissed by district attorney, witness unavailable.
Brandon S. Campbell, 23, of Wiscasset, July 22, 2009, burglary, jail 18 months, all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $1,104.11; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, jail 30 days.
Angelia M. Carrigan, 33, of Augusta, Nov. 22, 2009, burglary, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, jail 364 days, all but 15 days suspended, probation one year; criminal trespass, jail 364 days all but 15 days suspended, probation one year.
William Churchill, 46, of Edgecomb, Dec. 30, 2010, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400, jail 65 days; criminal mischief, jail 65 days; one count of domestic violence assault and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug dismissed, pleaded to another charge; in separate incident Jan. 10, violation of condition of release, jail 65 days.
Christopher Cobb, 22, of Bath, Nov. 26, 2010, two counts of criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, both dismissed, pleaded to another charge; reckless conduct, jail 364 days, all but 60 days suspended, probation one year.
Lucinda Colby, 59, of Dresden, Oct. 18, 2010, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400, jail five days; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of hydrocodone and acquiring drugs by deception, all three counts dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Tammy Elwell, 43, of Bowdoin, Nov. 6, 2010, operating under the influence, $500, jail four days, license suspended 90 days, restitution $2,000; in separate incident Nov. 5, 2010, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400.
