THE SPIRIT IN AMERICA HOT AIR BALLOON FESTIVAL is keeping people in Old Orchard Beach entertained this weekend.
The event, which ends today, includes tethered hot air balloon rides, a street bazaar, the Nor’Easters Kite Club exhibition and games like “Minute to Win It in OOB.”
