Dr. Deborah C. Eisenberg, a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has joined the Bridgton Obstetrics and Gynecology practice of Drs. Ronald M. Cilley, Bruce A. Lastra and Deborah B. Surette.

Eisenberg received her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Penn. She received her doctorate from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C., and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Eisenberg joins Bridgton Obstetrics and Gynecology from her Portland practice. She will be available in the Bridgton office, located on the Bridgton Hospital campus, Thursday and Friday each week. She is accepting new patients. Please call 647-4240 for an appointment.

In addition to routine gynecology care for woman, Eisenberg’s special interests include prenatal care, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, infertility evaluation, postpartum care, menopausal issues, adolescent gynecology issues, and minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Eisenberg is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, skiing, kayaking and biking. She also enjoys reading and cooking, and her favorite is dessert making. She resides in Cape Elizabeth with her husband, Dr. Stuart Eisenberg, a gastroenterologist in Portland, and their children Sam, 16, and Becca, 14.
